End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and PDFuzzu (“Company”) governing your use of PDFuzzu’s software and services.

1. License Grant
   PDFuzzu grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use its software and services solely for your personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions
   You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

• Modify, rent, lease, loan, or sublicense the software.

• Use the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Ownership
   All rights, title, and interest in the software remain with PDFuzzu and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you ownership rights.

4. Updates and Support
   PDFuzzu may provide updates, enhancements, or support services at its discretion.

5. Termination
   This Agreement is effective until terminated. PDFuzzu may terminate your license immediately if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty
   The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. PDFuzzu disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability
   PDFuzzu is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including loss of data or profits.

8. Governing Law
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PDFuzzu operates.
